Hyrox Weights by Division: Every Station Load for 2026/27

Every standard Hyrox division races the same eight stations over the same distances. What changes is the load you push, pull, carry and throw, and that depends on whether you enter as a woman or a man, Open or Pro, and solo, in doubles or as part of a relay. The figures below come from the official 2026/27 Hyrox rulebooks. If you're new to the format itself, start with our Hyrox explainer, which covers the stations in order, entry costs and how to train.
Key Takeaways:
Three load tiers: Every station weight comes in one of three sets, colour-coded white, grey and black on race day.
Pro Women lift what Open Men lift: Women's Pro and Men's Open share the middle tier at every weighted station.
Sled weights include the sled: The 102 kg, 152 kg and 202 kg sled push figures are the total load, not the weight added to the sled.
Mixed doubles race at the middle tier: Mixed pairs use the middle-tier loads throughout, while mixed relays list separate loads for women and men.
Distances never change: 1,000 m on each machine, 50 m of sled push and pull, 80 m of burpee broad jumps, 200 m of farmers carry, 100 m of lunges and 100 wall balls apply to every standard division.
The wrong weight is costly: Using the wrong weight on the farmers carry or sandbag lunges means repeating the station or disqualification.

The three load tiers
The Singles rulebook sets three loads for each weighted station and colour-codes the kettlebells, sandbags and wall balls. White is the lightest tier, grey is the middle and black is the heaviest.
Tier one (white) is for Women's Open.
Tier two (grey) is shared by Women's Pro and Men's Open, and by mixed doubles teams.
Tier three (black) is for Men's Pro.
The sled loads follow the same three steps. The two machines, the SkiErg and the rower, have no weight at all. Both have their damper preset to 6 for every division, and you're free to adjust it.
Hyrox weights by station
This is the full 2026/27 set from the Singles and Doubles rulebooks. Every station follows a 1 km run.
Station | Distance or reps | Tier one: Women | Tier two: Women Pro, Men, Mixed Doubles | Tier three: Men Pro |
SkiErg | 1,000 m | No weight; damper preset to 6 | No weight; damper preset to 6 | No weight; damper preset to 6 |
Sled Push (incl. sled) | 50 m | 102 kg | 152 kg | 202 kg |
Sled Pull (incl. sled) | 50 m | 78 kg | 103 kg | 153 kg |
Burpee Broad Jumps | 80 m | Bodyweight | Bodyweight | Bodyweight |
Rowing | 1,000 m | No weight; damper preset to 6 | No weight; damper preset to 6 | No weight; damper preset to 6 |
Farmers Carry | 200 m | 2 x 16 kg (white) | 2 x 24 kg (grey) | 2 x 32 kg (black) |
Sandbag Lunges | 100 m | 10 kg (white) | 20 kg (grey) | 30 kg (black) |
Wall Balls | 100 reps | 4 kg (white) to a 2.70 m target | 6 kg (grey) to 2.70 m for women or 3.00 m for men | 9 kg (black) to a 3.00 m target |
The jump from tier one to tier two is 50 kg on the sled push but only 25 kg on the sled pull, so the pull is a smaller step up for anyone moving into Pro or a mixed pair. The burpee broad jumps and both machines are identical for every standard division.

Which tier your division uses
Women (Open): Tier one, white.
Men (Open): Tier two, grey.
Women Pro: Tier two, grey.
Men Pro: Tier three, black.
Doubles Women: Tier one, white.
Doubles Men and Doubles Mixed: Tier two, grey.
Pro Doubles Women: Tier two, grey.
Pro Doubles Men: Tier three, black.
Relay Women: Tier one, white.
Relay Men: Tier two, grey.
Relay Mixed: The race page lists separate loads for women and men, tier one for women and tier two for men.
The relay loads come from the 2026/27 Relay rulebook. For mixed relays, the official Hyrox race page lists the sled push as 102 kg for women and 152 kg for men, with the same split at every other weighted station.
Hyrox weights in pounds
The rulebooks list weights in kilograms. For readers training in pounds, here are the conversions, rounded to the nearest pound.
Sled Push: 225 lb, 335 lb, 445 lb.
Sled Pull: 172 lb, 227 lb, 337 lb.
Farmers Carry: 2 x 35 lb, 2 x 53 lb, 2 x 71 lb.
Sandbag Lunges: 22 lb, 44 lb, 66 lb.
Wall Balls: 9 lb, 13 lb, 20 lb, thrown to 8 ft 10 in for women and 9 ft 10 in for men.
Each line runs tier one, tier two, tier three.
How Doubles and Relay share the work
Doubles
In Doubles you and your partner run every kilometre together and split each station however you like. The Doubles rulebook sets no minimum share for either partner. Its example is a "you go, I go" swap after a self-selected distance, such as 250 m.
Both partners must reach a station before work can start, and the partner who's resting has to stay on their feet. Running ahead of your partner costs a one-minute penalty, and a team with more than three penalties for not staying together is ruled out of competition.
Mixed pairs use the tier-two loads at every station, so the woman in a mixed team works with the 6 kg wall ball rather than 4 kg. The rulebook gives wall ball targets only by sex, 2.70 m for women and 3.00 m for men, and expects each racer to hit their own target.
Relay
A relay team has four athletes. Under the Relay rulebook, each athlete completes two of the eight 1 km runs and two stations, and the team decides who takes which. In single-sex relays everyone uses the same tier, and mixed relays list separate loads for women and men.
Rules that catch people out
The sled weight is the total. In the rulebook, sled push and pull loads are marked "incl. sled", so the 102 kg women's sled push is the sled plus plates, not 102 kg added to it.
Picking up the wrong weight. Using the wrong weight on the farmers carry or sandbag lunges means you repeat the station or you're disqualified. Choosing the right wall ball is your responsibility, not the judge's.
Putting equipment back. Leaving a kettlebell or sandbag in the wrong place costs 30 seconds, waived if you fix it before you leave the Roxzone. Taking the sandbag off your shoulders during the lunges costs 15 seconds each time.
Machine settings. The SkiErg and rower dampers start at 6 and the rower footplates at position 4. You can change them, but the clock is running while you do.
No time cap. The Singles rulebook doesn't set an overall time limit, so a slow station won't end your race.
Choosing between Open and Pro
The weights make the choice clearer than the division names do. Pro Women race at the same loads as Open Men, and Pro Men take the sled push to 202 kg, a full 100 kg above the Open Women's sled.
For a first race, Open is the usual advice, and Doubles lets you share the station work. Hyrox's Physical Fitness Test, which many affiliated Training Clubs run, is a useful benchmark if you're unsure, and our Hyrox explainer covers it alongside training and entry.
If you're racing in Australia this season, HYROX Melbourne runs from 9 to 13 December 2026 and HYROX Brisbane from 31 March to 5 April 2027. In every division the sled push comes second, after two kilometres of running and the SkiErg, so these are the loads you'll be moving on tired legs.
Adaptive divisions
Hyrox runs 13 Adaptive divisions for athletes with permanent impairments, covering lower and upper limb impairment, short stature, vision impairment, deaf and hard of hearing, neurological impairment and seated classes. Station weights and distances are scaled for each division, and any Adaptive racer can use a guide runner or handler for orientation, though not for help with the stations themselves.
Because the scaling differs division by division, check your own division's figures rather than the tables above. The Adaptive rulebook sets out the full standards, and our Hyrox explainer covers how the divisions work and how Adaptive athletes qualify for the World Championships.
Who sets the weights
Hyrox has no national governing bodies. It's a privately owned format, and HYROX World GmbH in Hamburg writes the rulebooks, including every weight on this page. That's why a Men's Open sled push in Sydney is the same 152 kg as one in Berlin.
Since October 2025 the format has also been an official World Triathlon discipline under the name Fitness Racing. Hyrox still owns the rules. The rulebooks are issued season by season, so check the official rulebook page before you start a training block in case anything has changed.
Final Thoughts
Hyrox weights look complicated until you see they're three tiers applied across a lot of divisions. Find your tier, check whether your sled numbers include the sled (they do), and know the loads you'll meet on race day. If you're racing in a mixed pair, plan for the woman in the team to work at the middle tier.
The movements stay the same whichever division you choose, so the weights are the real decision. Pick the division whose loads you can move with control after a run, not the one that looks best on a results page.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What are the Hyrox weights for women?
A: Women's Open uses a 102 kg sled push, 78 kg sled pull, 2 x 16 kg farmers carry, 10 kg sandbag and 4 kg wall ball to a 2.70 m target. Women's Pro uses 152 kg, 103 kg, 2 x 24 kg, 20 kg and a 6 kg wall ball, still to 2.70 m.
Q: What are the Hyrox weights for men?
A: Men's Open uses a 152 kg sled push, 103 kg sled pull, 2 x 24 kg farmers carry, 20 kg sandbag and 6 kg wall ball to a 3.00 m target. Men's Pro uses 202 kg, 153 kg, 2 x 32 kg, 30 kg and a 9 kg wall ball.
Q: What weights do mixed doubles use in Hyrox?
A: Mixed doubles teams use the middle tier at every station, the same loads as Men's Open and Women's Pro. That means a 152 kg sled push, 103 kg sled pull, 2 x 24 kg kettlebells, a 20 kg sandbag and a 6 kg wall ball.
Q: Does the Hyrox sled weight include the sled?
A: Yes. In the rulebooks, every sled push and sled pull load includes the sled.
Q: Are Hyrox Pro Women's weights the same as Open Men's?
A: Yes, at every weighted station. The only difference is the wall ball target, which stays at 2.70 m for Pro Women and is 3.00 m for men.
Q: What height is the Hyrox wall ball target?
A: 2.70 m for women and 3.00 m for men, in both Open and Pro.
Q: What happens if I use the wrong weight in Hyrox?
A: On the farmers carry or sandbag lunges you'll have to repeat the station or be disqualified. Choosing the right wall ball is your responsibility.
Q: Do Hyrox weights change between seasons?
A: They can, because Hyrox issues its rulebooks season by season. The weights on this page are from the 2026/27 rulebooks, so check the official rulebook page before each season.
